Gymnastics
Gymnastics has been the main sport associated with the Sokol Program. Sokol is unique in that it offers competitive opportunities in gymnastics for members of all ages from the youngest children to the most senior members.
Sports
Sokol USA sponsors an annual national Bowling Tournament, every four years, a Sokolfest and volleyball which is another favorite sport for Sokol. See more of our physical activities that Soko has to offer below.

Sokol USA held a very successful Sokolfest in Buffalo, NY in June 2019. There were over 500 attendees who participated in gymnastics, volleyball, a fitness challenge, fun bowling, social events, and performed or cheered on the outdoor Slet performances, the highlight of the four-day celebration of Sokol.
Our next Sokolfest, originally planned for June 2023, is presently on hold due to the pandemic. Saratoga Springs, NY and Erie, PA are the locations under consideration. The National Directors are in contact with venues in both cities, but until school districts are willing to extend contracts to outside organizations, Sokolfest is on hold and may need to be rescheduled to a later date.
