Gymnastics
Gymnastics has been the main sport associated with the Sokol Program. Sokol is unique in that it offers competitive opportunities in gymnastics for members of all ages from the youngest children to the most senior members.
Sports
Sokol USA sponsors an annual national Bowling Tournament, every four years a Sokolfest and volleyball which is another favorite sport for Sokol.
